Medium to Use for Advertisement
The message is essentially still the heart of an advertising campaign. We should also take into consideration that the medium is also as important as the message. Hence, there must be a smart assessment as to which medium to use in promoting products and services. In today’s advertisement landscape, there are basically traditional and modern media. The traditional ones include newspaper, radio and television; while the Internet or online adverts normally comprise the modern media. The preference to use one medium over the other depends on the target market. Obviously, the younger people are more inclined to be online while the much older individuals have generally been faithful with using radio and television. It becomes clearer these days, though, that reaching much wider audience base is very well possible only with the Internet as the medium.
